The Twingo I had a Philips or Blaupunkt cassette radio (no PRE-code). The Twingo II and III have an Update List with PRE-code.
Twingo II/III: hold buttons 1 and 6. Twingo I: serial number required (remove radio).
Turn on the ignition — the radio shows "CODE"
Hold button 1 and button 6 simultaneously
Note the PRE-code
