The Ford Puma is a modern crossover standard equipped with the SYNC 3 or SYNC 4 infotainment system. These systems are paired to the vehicle and do not require a separate radio code. If you have an older base model without SYNC touchscreen, a V-code may apply.
For models without SYNC: hold buttons 1 and 6 simultaneously for the V-code. Always check first whether your radio requires a code.
Check whether you have a SYNC touchscreen or a standard radio
Turn on ignition — does the radio show "CODE"? Then a code is needed
Hold button 1 and button 6 simultaneously for the V-code
Note the V-code and enter when placing your order
Most Puma models with SYNC 3/4 do NOT need a separate radio code
If "CODE" does not appear on the display, your radio already works without a code
